Mr.Gampa Nageshwar's session..

First time I took part in Mr. Gampa Nageswara Rao's session 3 years ago, It was so impressive that I felt such sessions are really needed for every young one to become best at what ever they are good at.  Nageswara Rao  is a renowned and one of the prominent motivational speakers of AP (http://gampa.in/about.php) . He covers many needed topics for  present day students  like being confident, goal setting, how to behave, how to be with parents etc- to say it in single sentence , he effectively injects into students " how to be a better person" !

Such session which would be very useful for students from school level to graduate level is being conducted on 31st of May at Conference Hall of Rang Restaurant A/C , 3rd floor, Elephant House( Near Kanaka Durgamba temple), Ameerpet X roads, Hyderabad.

Don't miss it!

Prebiotics and antibiotics

Just wanted to share an interesting find ( of-course from reading and then confirming with my frnz who are doctors ) ..

At one time or the other all ,especially elders might be complaining about stomach bloating, even after taking gas tablets. In the recent past I also had experience of such. I was wondering why even after eating only idly and fruits that is happening, then considerable reading on it made me realize that it is due to antibiotics I used for little throat infection ( bonguru). Antibiotics cant really differentiate between good and bad bacteria ( As you might be aware, good bacteria is very much needed for us) and with use of them , even good bacteria in our stomach/intestine would also killed. That leads to bloating of stomach..little digestion problem etc for some days till we feed healthy bacteria properly and allow it grow again to considerable extent. Prebiotic foods are those which are good foods for healthy bacteria within us. Good prebiotic foods readily available for us are ( I have removed foods which we can find only in big cities.. like itialian , french foods etc) vegetables which are grown in soil like roots, ginger, garlic, onions ,
green leafy vegetables, mangoes, bananas, apples, potatoes , tomatoes etc. Try these and avoid fizzies ..then see how bloating will be controlled :).

Gujarat development model, would it suit rest of India?

Narendra modi's development model in Gujarat is really great , no doubt but unfortunately that would not workout in most of the rest of India according to me. ..hmm let me put it other way -unfortunately most of the rest of the India is not yet prepared to accept such development model.

No " all free " schemes..no great subsidies ..but still government could win second time!

That became possible not only because of Modi's good governance and administration but also due to  conception of an average voter of Gujarat. As you might be aware, good % of Gujarat's population is business group whether it be small or medium or large , they prefer business to employment. Hence the possibility.

If some party/leader campaigns in Gujarat promising "FREEs" if they come to power, their chances of winning would decrease there unlike in rest of India.Major % of Gujarat voters would instead think/say " we dont need anything free ..take justified amount from us and give us the best quality of infrastructure and show us the real development " . It would be over expectation to expect the same from rest of India.

Hence I doubt whether Modi would be appreciated even if he becomes PM. Modi's great achievements like -transparency in governance , accountability , very minimal corruption, great development in infrastructure etc are still things of no big concern for an average voter of India , a land where a little % of huge money robbed from people by leaders in one form or the other would be distributed again on the name of schemes and subsidies ..and people call them great leaders :-)!
