Daggubati Rana( Grandson of Ramanaidu)...seems to be having a matured approach towards films..my guess

Daggubati Rana, Grandson of D.Ramanaidu seems to be having matured approach towards films.It may seem like too mcuh early to guess to you ....you may be true...but let me put why I felt so.

1.He produced a message oriented film "Bommalata". It won national award.
2.Encouraged Anand Ranga (In an interview Anand ranga(director of Oye movie...whom I found as one of good and capable directors in recent times) told that Rana was the one who encoured and supported him).

3.His selction of movies ..he is doing his debut in the direction of Sekhar kammula( Leader)unlike other star kids.

4. His close frnds list include all cool dudes of tollywood including Ramcharan Tej which conveys friendly attitude of Rana.

As I feel I have similar wavelenght..I wish that more people like Rana must come and get success...

Krishna Jagarlamudi( Krish)...different in approach....I am awaiting to see more

I found Krish(Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi)...director of movie "Gamyam", different in approach towards film making..Gamyam is my recent crush. He took the lines of inspiration from Gowthama budha and Cheguvera (motor cycle dairies) travels and made them convincingly in modern style. "Gali sreenu " charector is brilliantly created by him which had a great share in mixing entertainment to such lines. He balanced it well by making sure that the charector is true part of story.The way he adopted such typical and ethical lines made me admire him....I am happy that I met him and spoke to him for a while...The titles for his upcoming films like "Krishnam vande gadathgurum " on krishna tathvam , "Vedam" on Pancha boothalu etc convey his philosophical , moral and ethical way of creating scripts...

I am curiously awaiting for seeing much more from him...all the best Krish..

Improvement is nothing but change

I guess, those quotes might have already given you an idea about what I am trying and going to say... :-)

There is nothing much to say about (I don't think I am enough qualified to advise others)this but I can share what I felt..Change is needed.....One should realise the areas where he/she need change and try changing...

In this context ..I would like to thank people who inspired me, advised and guided me( what ever their tone and modulation may be) and made me aware of areas in which I need change...

A girl in my secondary school who inspired me and gave me confidence that my ideology is right ,2 guys in my intermediate and one in my graduation college who inspired me with their approach towards study and hard work ..I am fortunate that all they still continue to be a good friends of me

My HR-head in my first company who encouraged me and gave me confidence that I can excel in corporate world, HR Manager in my second company who taught me need of soft and interpersonal skills and my reporting manager who is always with me in making me understand when ever I go wrong in a very loving manner ,always supported me and appreciated for my good work,a girl who hardly worked with us for a month in the same office for making me check the need of being more optimistic in approach ( Unfortunately she didn't have much respect for the job for which she was taken by us and left...I would have learned many more things if she was there :-) ) and my third manager who made me aware that I am going towards rigidity and made me realise the importance of mixing --yo...yo in my presentation style...

I would like to add some important lines to this article bcoz many including my close frnz asked me a clarification about this. It is regarding.......

One called it "Entity" and the other as " Core " . I never meant to say that we should lose our entity and become tilting personality like mercury...I can't even imagine saying that bcoz I beleive in judging , knowing the right way to look at things and following it.I call it "wavelength" when it comes to people.I choose people of my wavelength as my frnz....I believe in and love my ideology...

One should welcome change in the areas in which he or she needs to improve and travell on the path of perfection by getting updated regularly...

India towards change....

I am very happy that India is moving towards change..........there are 302 newly elected parliamentarians this time, a huge increase in the percentage of educated people in parliament. This is a very good sign for India. I could also observe a clear change in relations of opposition and ruling party this time. Our leaders are also behaving enough professional unlike previous representatives. India being the less effected country by the global financial crisis, proved that it is enough self sustained to with stand. As many surveys and statistics say that India and China are going to be super powers by 2020...I look at these like the signs which give us confidence that it is going to happen.

I wish that this will not remain as my over optimism but comes to reality and India becomes self sustianed.

"Tammudu" conveys that any one can achieve good heights if he believes in himself and does systematic hardwork.

Pawan in all his films like Badri, Kushi , Gudumbhashankar, Jalsa etc came to us with some beautiful songs with a great message to have social commitment and arose patriotic feeling in every one with great lyrical values.

Great Respect for women

Pawan in all his movies made sure that women are never insulted ..proof for it would be that there were no double meaning dailogues, irritating club songs, underplayed roles of heroine. You can go with your family and enjoy his movies always.

Great musical and Lyrical values

According to Keeravani a great music director , Pawan is one of very few who got great music taste and judgement...We can understand as all his movies are great muscial hits..Pawan has great love towards good literature and lyrical values...All lyrics in his movies have good lyrical values and underlying message.

Keeping Low profile created Wrong perception

Pawan is very private person and always keeps low profile of himself. And tries to keep away from media. That was taken as advantage by some yellow journalits and a section of media to create hypothetical , imaginary and cock and bull stories about Pawan kalyan. As we all are aware , major pecentage of people will be just carried away by gossips and fake news rather than having good inputs , analysing things and then coming to a decision...some people got wrong perception about him.

Reachment And Records

Gigantic reachment ... That is the reason why he was able to continue giving suprise all with his box office records even though he haven't had a great success since last 7 years ( except Jalsa...which can be called a hit).He have strong and undisturbed graet fan following.
