About..Tea..my love

Health Benefits of Drinking Tea
Tea is known as nature's 'wonder drug'. The ability of tea to promote good health has long been believed in many countries, especially Japan, China, India, and even England.

The buzz about tea and its benefits is getting louder and is simply becoming too difficult to ignore. Enlightened tea drinkers are rediscovering the protective and revitalizing benefits of this ancient drink. Ever wonder why the Chinese and Japanese have some of the longest life-expectancy rates in the world - They drink tea alot.

Tea is the second most widely consumed beverage in the world, exceeded only by the most necessary of all liquids - water.
The most popular types of Tea are: Green Tea, Black Tea, Ginseng Tea, Herbal Tea, Oolong Tea, Rooibos Tea, White Tea.
Tea is prepared from linder leaves, leaf buds and tender stalks of different varieties of the warm-weather evergreen known as "Camellia sinensis"

Any tea derived from camellia sinensis has cancer-fighting properties. The leaves of this plant contain chemicals called "Polyphenols", which give tea its "Antioxidant" properties.

Benefits of Tea Drinking:

* Help prevent blood clotting and lowers risk of Heart disease.

* Help lower cholesterol levels.

* Help neutralize enzymes that aid in the growth of tumors.

* Help deactivate cancer promoters.

* Help stimulate the immune system.

* Help fight high blood pressure.

* Helps in delay aging.

* Help fight against mutagenic agents.

* Help fight against viral and bacterial infection.

* Help improve the functions of the digestive and excretory systems.

Tea is a healthy beverage offering many health benefits if you skip the cream and use less sugar. Brew your tea for at least 3 - 5 minutes to bring out the beneficial polyphenols. Enjoy the aroma of tea!

sports politics....one of the major threats for growth of sports tallent in India

Unlike in China, Europian and Westren countries, In India sports are in hands of dirty politics...

True leaders who lit the fire of passion and agression in their team there by leading to huge successes are not remembered or acclaimed. Lobbying , politics against them by using yellow media ,putting a silly and base less attitude blames on them and there by insulting them ,happens.

Due to politics....India lost many such leaders who would have become inspiration for many by now..

Once west indies player Chirs Gayle said " I took lot of inspiration from Ganguly ..he thrives like a fish out of water for success. He changed entire scenario of Indian cricket and is inspiration to me ,Nassir hussain (formet captain of England circket team)and many others. In West indies we remember poeple for their contribution and changes brought but some how in India I have observed a counter feeling..all they did is for the team's success..and they yielded great results".

We all know how Dhanraj pillai who did a great contribution to India hockey team was treated....Even Kapil Dev who brought us the world cup was facing many politics and was insulted by the then BCCI officials..

As far as corruption and politics prevail in sports ...& ...as far as true leaders whose intension is to make their team successful but nothing else are projected in a wrong way by yellow media , true tallent will not come out ..and yougsters will not have inspiration or trust that they can come to sports world and achieve success...

Let us wish to see India as a global leader in sports soon by coming out of all these...

Wake up Chiru..:-)

I am not sure whether this is sloth of Living legend megastar Chiranjeevi in learning things or his inability..but here is a funny example..

In recent past when Chiranjeevi visited rain affected areas of Guntur district, while addressing a press meet..he quoted an ignorant example by pointing out that in the all-party meeting the TDP president was demanding a compensation of Rs 5,000 per acre, but after the Kiran Kumar Reddy government announced Rs 6,000 per hectare, Naidu was now demanding Rs 10,000 per hectare. “It shows his real intentions,” Chiru said.

It seems like Chiru does not know the difference between acre and hectare. Kiran announced Rs 6,000 per hectare, which means it comes to around Rs 2,500 per acre. So, Naidu demanded Rs 5,000 per acre!

Wake up my dear Chiru :-)

PS:- I am a great admirer of Chiranjeevi as a film star, admirer of his skills and achievements but when it comes to politics , as he is a head of a political party which got 70 lakhs of votes , his ignorance could become dangerous for state future hence can't be entertained or supported.

Relational constraints...

Got this in a group email from "Gems of wisdom" series.. found it worthy of sharing..so just copy pasting ..

How we respect our indispensable relations can be known by retrospecting how far we fulfill our relational constraints. They can exist in different forms varying from person to person.A loving father expects his lillte son to come to him every day morning and say "Good morning , Father and love you "a son who loves his father would fulfill it with out cogitating whether he likes it or not because it is his father who has muckle of love for him expects it . On the flipper side an averting son would think that "Do I have to do it every day? how can he expect..? as I do not like it , I will act according to my mood " and would not do that even for this father who always thought of his son's happiness and gave his best possible care and time without any disinclination.Does not he deserve those small things after all the true concern, tending and love ?How far it can be justified?
Remember it is not what is important but always it is that who is important. We should decide what are indispensable relations for us and then throw away any hatred or aversion for those from our heart. Fulfilling relational constraints must be done for essential relations atleast not because they expect it but bacause they truely deserve it.

Thanks.

Advertising..finding the new ways..

Today when I went to Prasadz for watching the pleasant visual treat..Alice in wonderland(3D)..two things pulled my attention...one is a huge vinyl poster of a ad about a car ...of course it is lil old but by seeing it I felt that nothing is ineligible for ad ..but the real interesting one is about a hospital..they put a old damaged car ( probably it might have met with an accident)..on the way out and sealed the area as if a real accident happened there..most of us would feel that some accident happened and the car is kept there..then if we observe cleary..there is a hording hanging to the wall with a hospital name asking to call them in case of such instances..:-)

It's a new and innovative way of publicising..what say,folks? :-)

Deewali a gratifyng festival..

Deewali a gratifying festival..reminds me of my childhood where we used to wait for deewali by counting days almost for a month, used to buy toy guns and play a lot with them..buy crackers and store them with utter most care :-)..used to make them dry..used to curse rain or clouds if they arrive..

All those days are gone now...This time I enjoyed the happiness in the eyes of lil dears by helping them when they were delighted lighting rockets and bursting crackers.. :-)

As this pleasurable festival is a symbol of  end of darkness and start of brightness..May this brings brightness in our lives as well..

Hope you all had a great deewali..

Thanks.

Yetra naryasthu poojyante...

Apart from classic examples of our epics of Ramayana and Mahabharatha...we have lot of examples in our present-day world also to tell us how worse will be the world if women is not respected properly..
  • In Srilanka most of teenagers said that they have become part of LTTE because of atrocities against few or all of women in their families.
  • Hitler became such a violent person because of some incidents  happened to his mother in his child hood.
  • Sivaji got support and revolted because of atrocities of the then rulers against women of other religion
  • Satwanth singh promised in  golden temple to kill Indira Gandhi only after he believed that army sent by Indira gandhi did some great insults their women( though I have great respect for Indian army, I am putting here what he and most of the media believed to happened..)..
These can go to millions if I keep on going giving examples..

But a million dollar question is how we are bringing up our children or siblings or cousins?...whether we are imparting in them utmost respect for women which she deserves?

The four words...

Read some where in internet...just sharing good and really striking one...I hope u all will like it..

An eight-year-old boy approached an old man in front of a wishing well, looked up into his eyes, and said: "I understand you're a very wise man. I'd like to know the secret of life."

The old man looked down at the youngster and replied: "I've thought a lot in my lifetime, and the secret can be summed up in four words.

"The first is THINK. Think about the values you wish to live your life by.

"The second is BELIEVE. Believe in yourself based on the thinking you've done about the values you're going to live your life by.

"The third is DREAM. Dream about the things that can be, based on your belief in yourself and the values you're going to live by.

"The last is DARE. Dare to make your dreams become reality, based on your belief in yourself and your values."

And with that, Walter E. Disney said to the little boy,

"THINK, BELIEVE, DREAM and DARE."

My review..sorry sorry just view :-) about Robo(Endhiran)

Recently watched the much hyped movie of recent past.."Robo" along with my younger sisters and brothers..why I was mentioning is this is because I was obseving my little cousin of 10 whether he would get excited or really enjoy it ..ofcourse he didnt :-)

As its more like a fantasy movie ....You will be enjoying it better if you don't look for logics ..The way they planned scientist charector is good like ..they made sure that Rajini dont do any fihgts as it is being cattered to the audiance by "robo".Sankar like Rajamaouli in telugu always tries to satisfy so called mass male tastes by intensionally creating some situational demand for scenes like rape or insulting girls etc. Boys movie is example for it..Ofcouse I dont like/believe in such and more over many good directors starting from Mani ratnam to Krishna Vamshi and Sekhar to Chandu proved that they are not really needed.

They did body scan for Rajini and created robo like him.Rajini did well in negative role.

As I heard that they are using animatronics for the first time in India, I was concentrating on observing how that experiment would work out...I felt that animatronics should have been lot better. They are still up to the standard of Ammoru , Anji , Devi etc who were made by using only CG technology. Ofcourse Sankar and team would have had their own boundations to wind up the movie and release because of  film getting delayed, getting stopped for some time due to change of producers, back step by financiers etc . But the efforts put by the team are really appreciable. What ever the reasons are ,It would have got more appreciaton or admiration if they would have succeeded in using animatronics like Steven succeeded in making us feel that dinosaurs are real in Jurassic Park by using animatronic ensuring appropriate lighting for scenes in which metal is used.

Though I am not admirer of Shankar's style of film making , I admire his dare of "thinking big" and achieving it to good extent. The way he created hype , did publicity and marketted the movie are good.

Thanks.

Emotional maturity....

Got this in a group email from "Gems of wisdom" series.. found it worthy sharing as we all need this for better health and management of things....just copy pasting it hoping that you all will like it!

The husband and wife gifted themselves a new car for their first wedding anniversary. They drove downtown, watched a movie, and finally returned home. They didn't have the garage facility. So the car was parked in the street. To their utter shock, when they woke up the next morning, the car was missing. The car was stolen. First car, first wedding anniversary gift, and they had enjoyed the car for just a day. The wife couldn't take it. With misty eyes she sank into the sofa. The husband too was a little jolted, but he said, “The car is lost. You can feel heavy about it. You can take it easy. Either way the car is lost. Then, why not take it easy.” She gave him a cold stare and the moment passed.

A logical question: When the car, how can anyone take it easy? But what else can you do? Feel heavy, if you want; take it easy, if you want - either way, after the emotional outburst, what has to be done has to be done. In this case, the police complaint has to be lodged; the insurance has to be claimed… what has to be done has to be done.

You left the milk a little longer than required on the gas stove. The boiled milk is beginning to overflow from all sides of the vessel. Scream, wail, screech, get tensed, and let your BP to shoot up…let your home's atmosphere spoil... after all the emotional outbursting, now what? You will switch the stove off, offload the milk vessel and clean the kitchen countertop. In addition you may loose atleast tiny judgement by getting tensed. So, eventually what has to be done will be done.

Here we are not discussing about not being emotional, but about avoiding the dramatic emotional reactions. Emotional maturity - yes! Emotional Outburst - no!

Emotional maturity is not about avoiding emotions, but it is about avoiding the emotional outbursts . Anyways, what has to be done has to be done. Then, why getting worried?

Thanks.

Believe in your self..

Sharing some nice forward....hope you like it..

"Believe in yourself and your values,
Don't sell out when things go wrong,
Don't let anything get you down, Always bounce back up.

Set goals for your future, Never settle for anything less.
Realize that there are others in the world,
with much bigger problems than you.

Appreciate the good things in your life,
and be thankful for the time you have with your loved ones,
Spend more time with people who applaud you,
Never lose any who treats you as mollycoddle.

Appreciate the simple things in life,
and don't get caught up in material things."

Neglected comman man is suffering...

Common man of AP is suffering from many problems ... unable to meet even basic needs, suffering from contagious diseases, lack of hygiene, lack of proper roads, huge number of people in agencies died of viral fevers, from scarcity of medicines etc these should be taken up...Health emergency should be declared in the areas needed. Farmers are suffering from scarcity of fertilisers.Students who hail from poor and middle class families are facing problems to join professional courses because of change in policy of fee reimbursement.

Media, intellectuals and leaders... please highlight the needed things... but not just controversies and hartals.
Any one can make statements if press people come to them, one can easily create controversies as they need no great efforts or qualities but a true leader will think what is good for his people rather than what is liked by them.Being in position to lead the comman man , media should  focus on the issues of common man rather than pampering only for trp ratings . Ofcourse I understand that you are all here for business but still some professions and business are supposed to have moral responsibilty for sure.
I also request not to rub or create ineligible as leaders by giving a scope. People who fought for basic needs of people and solved problems , lead people in right path than just pleasing them ..should be potrayed as leaders .But not if they just support people even when they went wrong by taking a wrong path.

Thanks.
