There is nothing much to say about (I don't think I am enough qualified to advise others)this but I can share what I felt..Change is needed.....One should realise the areas where he/she need change and try changing...
In this context ..I would like to thank people who inspired me, advised and guided me( what ever their tone and modulation may be) and made me aware of areas in which I need change...
A girl in my secondary school who inspired me and gave me confidence that my ideology is right ,2 guys in my intermediate and one in my graduation college who inspired me with their approach towards study and hard work ..I am fortunate that all they still continue to be a good friends of me
My HR-head in my first company who encouraged me and gave me confidence that I can excel in corporate world, HR Manager in my second company who taught me need of soft and interpersonal skills and my reporting manager who is always with me in making me understand when ever I go wrong in a very loving manner ,always supported me and appreciated for my good work,a girl who hardly worked with us for a month in the same office for making me check the need of being more optimistic in approach ( Unfortunately she didn't have much respect for the job for which she was taken by us and left...I would have learned many more things if she was there :-) ) and my third manager who made me aware that I am going towards rigidity and made me realise the importance of mixing --yo...yo in my presentation style...Thanks.

I would like to add some important lines to this article bcoz many including my close frnz asked me a clarification about this. It is regarding.......
One called it "Entity" and the other as " Core " . I never meant to say that we should lose our entity and become tilting personality like mercury...I can't even imagine saying that bcoz I beleive in judging , knowing the right way to look at things and following it.I call it "wavelength" when it comes to people.I choose people of my wavelength as my frnz....I believe in and love my ideology...
