Today attended an inhouse training on Leadership skills based on John C. Maxwell's 360 degree Leader.Concepts of Myths of leadership, leading up-across- down , concepts about Influence of 360 degree leader etc are good.
Just wanted to share as I felt that it would be useful to a considerable extent to corporate frnz. Try to find out more from the book or from web.
